Gather. Nourish. Connect

Matt Curmi
Restaurants | Food Distribution, Executive Chef, Sales Manager, Marketing Guru
Matt lives and breathes food, ensuring every Wildwood Grilling product adds something special to the plate. His favorite thing to grill? Anything that brings his family together, because great meals are about more than just taste—they’re about connection. He once spent 32 days at sea on a 40-foot sailboat, proving he’s always up for an adventure. If he could trade lives with anyone, it’d be Peter Pan—because flying and never growing old sounds like a solid deal.

Emily Marley-Morris
Seafood Manufacturer | Club/Super-Centers, Sales Manager
Emily is all about bringing cedar-infused joy to the world, one cheeseburger (her go-to grill choice) at a time. She still remembers her own amazement at trying cedar-planked brie for the first time – because yes, it’s that good. When she’s not making magic happen at Wildwood Grilling, she’s lost in a book by the lake or brunching with friends. If given the chance, she’d step into Arya Stark’s shoes for a day – because who wouldn’t want to be that fierce?

Mark West
Grocery | Retail | BBQ + Grill Manufacturers | Hardware + Sporting Goods, Sales Manager
Mark is on a mission to get more people grilling with Wildwood Grilling planks – because once they try them, they’re hooked! He loves the look of surprise when someone realizes just how easy planking is and how much flavor it adds. At home, he’s the “dinner hero,” serving up perfectly grilled steaks for his wife and kids. When he’s not working or grilling, you’ll find him hiking, swimming, or diving into a John LeCarré novel, dreaming of life as a spymaster.

LoreLei Henry
Marketing Coordinator
LoreLei brings trust, authenticity, and sustainability to Wildwood Grilling, helping customers discover the magic of wood-fired flavor. A true Pacific Northwest soul, she loves grilling freshly caught mackinaw from Lake Pend Oreille, much to the surprise and delight of her skeptical (but now converted) parents. When she’s not working, she’s tending her garden, preserving the harvest, or solving imaginary mysteries as her alter ego, Nancy Drew. She dreams of restoring classic cars and crafting furniture from raw wood—because who wouldn’t want to bring old things back to life?

Maria Corsini
Single Specialty Stores, Sales Coordinator + Customer Success
Maria helps customers discover the magic of Wildwood Grilling, whether they’re first-timers or seasoned pros. She’s all about making grilling easy and fun – especially when it involves planked pork chops and potatoes. Outside of work, she’s an adventurer at heart, having hitchhiked across both islands of New Zealand and still craving new experiences. If she could master any skill, it’d be the power to heal with a simple touch – because making life better for others is what she does best.

Joleen Selchow
Single Specialty Stores, Sales Coordinator + Customer Success
Joleen believes in the power of smoke and flavor, turning skeptics into plank-grilling fans – like the person who swore they hated salmon until they tried it on cedar. A fan of portabella mushrooms on the grill, she knows how to make plant-based cooking just as exciting. When she’s not working, she’s canoeing, drawing, or wrangling her kids with the patience and wit of Anne of Green Gables. If she had a backyard BBQ playlist, it’d be all Veggie Tales, all night long.
The Dream Team
Our Servant Leadership Crew

Craig Wikoff
General Manger
Craig leads Wildwood Grilling with a mix of fun, care, and creativity, ensuring every plank and wrap brings flavor and excitement to the table. Whether he’s perfecting pork chops on a cedar plank or embracing the great outdoors with family, he believes the best moments are shared over a fire. A true adventurer at heart, he’s even taken on the ultimate challenge—fatherhood through adoption. If he could be any fictional character, he’d be Phineas and Ferb, because life should be about imagination, innovation, and a little mischief.

Zach Spohn
Finance Director
Numbers may be his game, but Zach is all about honesty, integrity, and commitment – whether it’s managing Wildwood Grilling’s finances or working his family’s ranch. A true mountain man at heart, he’s happiest outdoors, grilling steak or salmon, and wrangling spreadsheets with the precision of a seasoned cowboy. He’d trade places with Batman for a day – not for the crime-fighting, but for the gadgets. His spirit animal? A grizzly bear – strong, independent, and always looking for a good meal.

Jason Eddy
Manufacturing Director
Jason keeps Wildwood Grilling running with integrity, innovation, and teamwork, making sure every product meets the highest standards. When he’s not problem-solving at lightning speed (just like his chosen fictional counterpart, Road Runner), you’ll find him enjoying a slow morning coffee before tackling his to-do list. Though he’s more of a pastry guy than a grill master, he appreciates a good pizza cooked over open flames. Fun fact: He’s fought wildland fires, so he definitely knows a thing or two about managing heat.

Jameson Longanecker
Sales/Marketing Director
Jameson brings strategy, intention, and energy. He swears by chicken fajitas – because even when they’re a little extra crispy, they’re still delicious. When he’s not selling the Wildwood Grilling experience, he’s cheering on one of his boys at a fútbol match or biking up Schweitzer Mountain. He’d love to master skate skiing, but for now, he’s content dreaming of a life as Ned Nederlander – outwitting bad guys, navigating challenges with effortless charm and somehow making a three-piece suit look practical in the desert. His backyard BBQ anthem? Bohemian Rhapsody, because all great food should have a little spice and complexity.
