  1. Preheat oven to 450°F
  2. Soak Cedar plank submerged in hot water for at least 15 minutes
  3. Brush Salmon all over with the honey, sprinkle on the salt, and place in the oven directly on the top rack.
  4. Place a sheet pan underneath to catch any drips. The Salmon will take around 25 minutes to cook, brush on honey 2 more times during cooking.
  5. Garnish and serve immediately!!
