CHEF'S TIP

Good to Know

Make sure you don’t roll your wraps too tightly. These are thin pieces of cedar. Rolling them too tightly will cause them to crack
along the wood grain. Allow the ends of the wrap to overlap just slightly and tie them up with twine.

DIRECTIONS

  1. Soak the Cedar Wraps in water for 5 minutes.
  2. Preheat oven or grill to 400°F.
  3. Place chicken breasts on Cedar Wrap then season with salt and pepper.
  4. Smother chicken with BBQ sauce, cheese, red onion, tomatoes and cilantro.
  5. Wrap it up and secure with twine.
  6. Grill for 10-15 minutes, until the chicken is cooked.
  7. Unwrap, top with more BBQ sauce and cilantro before serving.
  8. Serve immediately and enjoy!
