Cherry Planked Plums with Goat Cheese Recipe
Grilling fruit is always a good idea. But it can be tough to have soft fruit on the hot grill. Enter the plank. The Cherry plank not only serves as a great barrier to protect the delicate fruit, but it also infuses delicious smoky flavor into the plums. Top with some balsamic reduction and goat cheese for dessert perfection!
