You can either follow the simple recipe below, or find whatever ingredients you have in the fridge and create your own kabob-masterpiece. INGREDIENTS
- Wildwood Grilling Flat Cedar Skewers
- 1 lb. Chicken Breast, cubed
- 2 Zucchini, sliced
- 12 Sweet Mini Peppers
- 1 Onion, cut into 1-inch squared pieces
- Salt & Pepper to taste

You can serve these
kabobs as the main
course with sides,
or serve it as an appetizer.
DIRECTIONS
- Soak the Cedar skewers in warm water for 5 minutes.
- Preheat grill to 400°F.
- Place ingredients on skewer in this order: chicken, pepper, onion, zucchini. Repeat until all the skewers are full.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
- Add skewers to preheated grill. Close lid.
- Cook for 10 minutes, then flip, and cook another 10 minutes (or until chicken is thoroughly cooked).
- When done, remove from grill and serve.
